का.आ. 167(अ).—मुस्लिम लीग जम्मू कश्मीर (मसरत आलम गुट) (एमएलजेके -एमए) को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 5462(अ) तारीख़ 27 दिसम्बर 2023 द्वारा एक विधिविरुद्ध संगम घोषित किया गया है.

अतः अब, कें द्रीय सरकार, विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप (निवारण) अधिनियम, 1967 (1967 का 37) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 5 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस न्यायनिर्णयन के प्रयोजन के लिए कि मुस्लिम लीग जम्मू कश्मीर (मसरत आलम गुट) (एमएलजेके -एमए) को एक विधिविरुद्ध संगम घोषित करने के लिए पर्याप्त कारण हैं या नहीं, न्यायमूर्ति सचिन दत्ता, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय से मिलकर बनने वाले विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप (निवारण) अधिकरण का गठन करती है |

New Delhi, the 15th January, 2024

S.O. 167(E).—Whereas, Muslim League Jammu Kashmir (Masarat Alam faction) (MLJK-MA) has been declared as an unlawful association, vide, notification number S.O. 5462(E), dated the 27th December, 2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii). Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 read with sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government hereby constitutes the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal consisting of Justice Sachin Datta, Judge, High Court of Delhi, for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause for declaring the Muslim League Jammu Kashmir (Masarat Alam faction) (MLJK-MA) as an unlawful association.
