का.आ. 187(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार ने रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 2 के खंड (7 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इस अधिनियम के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ (4) जिले के संबंध में हरियाणा राज्य में मनहेरु- बावनीखेड़ा दोहरीकरण परियोजना (31.50 कि.मी.) की विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन, और संचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लेखित अधिकारी को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी के रूप में कृ त्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती हैI

NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 12th January, 2024
S.O. 187(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act 2008, (11th of 2008) the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below as "Competent Authority" to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the special railway project of Doubling between Manheru- Bawani khera (31.50km) in the State of Haryana relating to District mentioned in Column relating to the district mentioned in column(4) of the said Table for the purpose of execution, maintenance , management and operation of such Special Railway Project .
