का.आ. 196(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकारए राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश राज्य के इन्दौर शहर में पश्चिमी रिंग रोड़ के कि.मी. 0.00 से कि.मी. 64.00 तक के भू-खण्ड के निर्माण (चौडा करने/चार लेन/छः लेन बनाने आदि) अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (5), (6) एवं (7) में क्रमश: उल्लेखित जिलों, तालुकाओं और गाँव से संबंधित एवं उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ 3 की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भू-खण्ड के संबंध में, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र की दिनांक से इसमें इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लेखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यो का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th January, 2024
S.O. 196(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to district, taluk/Mandal and villages mentioned in column (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule for building (widening / four/six laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of construction of Western ring road around indore city from K.M. 0.00 to k.M. 64.00 in the State of MADHYA PRADESH.
