का.आ. 247(अ).— पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) के भाग 2 के खण्ड (क) के अनुसरण में, के न्द्र सरकार निम्नोक्त तालिका के स्तम्भ (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों के लिए ऑयल एण्ड नेचुरल गैस कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड द्वारा असम परिसम्पति के परियोजना के तहत पाइपलाइन बिछाने हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के तहत सक्षम प्राधिकारी का कार्य निष्पादित करने के लिये नीचे दी गई तालिका के स्तम्भ (1) में उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों को प्राधिकृ त करती है, नामतः-

New Delhi, the 15th January, 2024
S.O. 247(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act .1962 (50 of 1962) the Central Government hereby authorizes the authority mentioned in column (1) of the schedule given below to perform the functions of Competent Authorities under the said Act for acquisition of RoU in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited projects of Assam Asset in respect of the areas specified in column (2) of the said schedule .
