का.आ. 292(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, के बल टेलीविजन नेटवर्क (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1995 (1995 का 7) की धारा 8 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii), तारीख 6 सितंबर, 2013 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 2693(अ), तारीख 5 सितंबर, 2013 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी-1 में,-
(i) क्रम संख्यांक 13 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :-

1. का.आ. 1388(अ) तारीख 25 मई, 2015;
2. का.आ. 1699(अ) तारीख 7 मई, 2019;
3. का.आ. 4136(अ) तारीख 15 नवंबर, 2019;
4. का.आ. 3792(अ) तारीख 15 सितंबर, 2021;
5. का.आ. 4796(अ) तारीख 22 नवंबर, 2021; और
6. का.आ. 2467(अ) तारीख 31 मई, 2022।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th January, 2024
S.O. 292(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 (7 of 1995), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, number S.O. 2693(E), dated the 5th September, 2013,published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii), dated 6th September, 2013, namely: -
In the said Notification, in Table-I,
(i) for serial number 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: -
