का.आ. 294(अ).—जबकि, राष्ट्रीय चिकित्सा आयोग अधिनियम, 2019 ( 2019 का 30) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 5 की उप-धारा (1) और धारा 8 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए दिनांक 24 सितम्बर, 2020 को राष्ट्रीय चिकित्सा आयोग का गठन किया गया था।

और जबकि, भारत सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय चिकित्सा आयोग अधिनियम, 2019 की धारा 4 (3) (अ) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की दिनांक 07 जुलाई, 2022 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 3110 (अ) में श्री एस. गोपालाकृ ष्णन, अतिरिक्त सचिव, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, नई दिल्ली को राष्ट्रीय चिकित्सा आयोग में सदस्य, पदेन के रूप में नामित किया था। अतः, अब भारत सरकार के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की दिनांक 24 सितम्बर, 2020 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3260 (अ) में, अनुच्छेद (२) के तहत तालिका में क्र.सं. (झ) और उससे सम्बंधित प्रविष्टियांनिम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित की जाएँगी: 459 GI/2024 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th January, 2024

S.O. 294(E).—Whereas on 24th September, 2020, the National Medical Commission was constituted in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 4 read with Sub-section (1) of Section 5 and Sub- section (1) of Section 8 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019).

And whereas Government of India, in pursuance of the Section 4 (3) (i) of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, nominated Shri S. Gopalakrishnan, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi as Member, ex-officio in National Medical Commission in the Notification of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India number S.O. 3110 (E) dated 07th July, 2022.

Now, therefore, in the Notification of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India number S.O.3260 (E) dated 24th September, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub- Section (ii) under paragraph (2), in the table, the serial number (i) and the entry thereto, shall be substituted as under:
