का.आ. 317(अ).—जन विश्वास (उपबंध संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2023 (2023 का 18) की धारा 1 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, यह नियत करती है कि निक्षेप बीमा और प्रत्यय गारंटी निगम अधिनियम, 1961 (1961 का 47) की अनुसूची के कॉलम (1) में उल्लिखित क्रम संख्या 15 के सामने उल्लिखित उक्त अधिनियम के कॉलम (5) में संशोधन जनवरी 2024 के 22वें दिन से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

S.O. 317(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023 (18 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints that the amendments to the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation Act, 1961 (47 of 1961) mentioned in column (5) of Schedule to the said Act, against serial number 15 mentioned in column (1) of the said Schedule, shall come into force from the 22nd day of January, 2024.
