सा.का.नि. 58(अ).—महिलाओं के कार्यस्थल पर लैंगिक उत्पीड़न (निवारण, प्रतिषेध और प्रतितोष) अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 4 के निबंधनों के अनुसार, दिनांक 23.09.2022 की अधिसूचना सं. एफ. 7/52/2009-वीयू/जीएन-9466/2022 के द्वारा 'आंतरिक परिवाद समिति' का गठन किया गया था । निम्नलिखित सदस्यों से मिलकर बनी हुई मौजूदा समिति का कार्यकाल जिसे पहले दिनांक 21.12.2023 की अधिसूचना सं. जीएन-9845/2023 द्वारा 25.01.2024 तक बढ़ाया गया था, को अब 25.01.2024 से और एक महीने के लिए (25.02.2024 तक) अथवा अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, बढ़ाया जाता है :-

G.S.R. 58(E).—In terms of Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, an "Internal Complaints Committee" was constituted vide Notification No.F.7/52/2009-VU/GN-9466/2022 dated 23.09.2022. The tenure of the Committee, comprising the following Members, which was earlier extended till 25.01.2024 vide Notification No.GN-9845/2023 dated 21.12.2023, is now extended for a further one month period w.e.f. 25.01.2024 (till 25.02.2024) or until further orders, whichever is earlier:—
(i) Smt. Suman Arora Presiding Officer Additional Secretary

(iii) Shri H. Ram Prakash Member Director
