सा.का.नि. 60(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सिक्का निर्माण (75 वाँ गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह के अवसर पर स्मारक सिक्का जारी करना) नियम, 2024 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. सिक्के का मूल्यवर्ग.- 75 वाँ गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह के अवसर पर कें द्रीय सरकार के प्राधिकार के अधीन जारी करने के लिए टकसाल में मूल्य पचहत्तर रुपये वर्ग का सिक्का ढाला जाएगा ।

(1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. सिक्के की विमाएं और संरचना.- नियम 2 में उल्लिखित मूल्य वर्ग के सिक्के , निम्नलिखित विमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंगे, अर्थात्:-

4. डिज़ाइन.– सिक्के का डिज़ाइन वह होगा जो इन नियमों की पहली अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट है। 5. मानक वजन और अनुज्ञात उपचार.- 75वाँ गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह के अवसर पर स्मरणोत्सव मनाने के लिए नियम 2 में निर्दिष्ट मूल्य वर्ग के ढाले गए सिक्के का मानक वजन और ऐसे सिक्के को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार वह होगा जो इन नियमों की दूसरी अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट है।

अग्र भाग:
सिक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य में अशोक स्तम्भ का सिंह स्तम्भ शीर्ष होगा, जिसके नीचे "सत्यमेव जयते" लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "भारत" शब्द और दाईं परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "INDIA" शब्द होगा। सिंह स्तम्भ शीर्ष के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक "₹" और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंकित मूल्य "75" भी होगा ।
पृष्ठ भाग:
सिक्के के इस भाग पर पुरानी संसद भवन की इमारत के सामने, नई संसद भवन इमारत को दिखाया होगा । संसद भवन के पीछे भारत के नागरिकों को दर्शाया होगा। सिक्के की ऊपरी परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "75वाँ गणतंत्र दिवस" तथा अंग्रेजी "75TH REPUBLIC DAY" उत्कीर्ण होगा। नए संसद भवन के चित्र के नीचे "2024" अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंकों में उत्कीर्ण होगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd January, 2024
G.S.R. 60(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of 75th Republic Day Celebrations) Rules, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of seventy five rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of 75th Republic Day Celebrations.
3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:-

4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules.

Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate the occasion of 75th Republic Day Celebrations completion and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules.

SEVENTY FIVE RUPEES
OBVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend "सत्यमेव जयते" inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word "भारत" in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word "INDIA" in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol "₹" and denominational value "75" in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the image of new Parliament building in front of image of old Parliament building.
People of India will be shown behind the image of Parliament building. The text "75वाँ गणतंत्र दिवस" in Devnagari script and the text "75TH REPUBLIC DAY" in English shall be inscribed on the upper periphery of the coin. The year "2024" in the international numerals shall be inscribed below the image of New Parliament Building.
