सा.का.नि. 80(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सिक्का-निर्माण (शाहजहाँपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश के श्री राम चन्र जी की 125वीं जयंती के अवसर पर स्मारक सिक्का जारी करना) नियम, 2024 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. सिक्के का मूल्यवर्ग.- शाहजहाँपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश के श्री राम चन्र जी की 125वीं जयंती के अवसर पर कें रीय सरकार के प्राधिकार के अधीन जारी करने के लिए टकसाल में एक सौ पच्चीस रुपये मूल्यवर्ग का सिक्का ढाला जाएगा।
3. सिक्के की विमाएं और संरचना.- नियम 2 में उल्लिखित उपरोक्त मूल्यवर्ग के सिक्के , निम्नलिखित विमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंगे, अर्थात् :-

4. डिज़ाइन.- सिक्के का डिज़ाइन इन नियमों की पहली अनुसूची में यथा विर्निर्दष्ट होगा।
5. मानक वजन और अनुज्ञात उपचार.- शाहजहाँपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश के श्री राम चन्र जी की 125वीं जयंती के अवसर पर स्मरणोत्सव मनाने के लिए नियम 2 में र्निर्दष्ट मूल्यवर्ग के ढाले गए सिक्के का मानक वजन और ऐसे सिक्के को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार वह होगा जो इन नियमों की दूसरी अनुसूची में यथा विर्निर्दष्ट है।

अग्र भाग:
सिक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अशोक स्तम्भ का सिंह शीर्ष होगा, जिसके नीचे "सत्यमेव जयते" लेख उत्र्कीर्णत होगा, उसकी बाईं परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "भारत" शब्द और दाईं परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "INDIA" शब्द होगा। सिंह स्तम्भ शीर्ष के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक "₹" और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंकित मूल्य "125" भी होगा ।
पृष्ठ भाग:
सिक्के के इस भाग के मध्य में शाहजहाँपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश के श्री राम चन्र जी का चित्र होगा। सिक्के की ऊपरी परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "शाहजहाँपुर उ.प्र. के श्री राम चन्र जी की 125वीं जयंती" लिखा होगा। सिक्के की निचली परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SHRI RAM CHANDRA JI OF SHAHJAHANPUR, U.P." र्वर्णत होगा। सिक्के के चित्र के नीचे अंतरराष्ट्रीय अंक में वर्ष "2024" लिखा होगा।

New Delhi, the 30th January, 2024
G.S.R. 80(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of 125th Birth Anniversary of Shri Ram Chandra Ji of Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh) Rules, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of one hundred and twenty-five rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of 125th Birth Anniversary of Shri Ram Chandra Ji of Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The coin of the denomination mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: -

4. Design.-The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules.
5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate on the occasion of 125th Birth Anniversary of Shri Ram Chandra Ji of Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules.

ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE RUPEES
OBVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend "सत्यमेव जयते" inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word "भारत" in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word "INDIA" in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol "₹" and denominational value "125" in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:
This face of coin shall bear the portrait of Shri Ram Chandra Ji of Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh in the centre of the coin. The inscription "शाहजहाँपुर, उ.प्र. के श्री राम चन्द्र जी की 125वी ं जयंती" shall be written in Devnagari script on the upper periphery and the inscription "125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SHRI RAM CHANDRA JI OF SHAHJAHANPUR, U.P." in English is depicted on the lower periphery of the coin. The year "2024" in international numeral shall be written below the portrait of the coin.
