का.आ. 476(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार औषध और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम 1940 की धारा 26ख द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण विभाग में भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) में जी.एस.आर 144(अ) के तहत प्रकाशित भारत सरकार की दिनांक 17 फरवरी , 2017 की अधिसूचना को तत्काल प्रभाव से निरस्त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th February, 2024
S.O. 476(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26B of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Health and Family Welfare, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide G.S.R. 144(E), dated the 17th February, 2017, with immediate effect except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
