सा.का.नि. 97(अ).—महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 की धारा 3 की उप-धारा 1(च) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा भारत सरकार, पत्तन, पोत परिवहन और जलमार्ग मंत्रालय (पीएचआरडी प्रभाग) की दिनांक 24 मार्च, 2023 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 217 (ई) के अधिक्रमण में, के न्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा, श्री स्नेहल नायक, संगठन सचिव, गोवा पत्तन एवं डॉक कर्मचारी संघ को श्री गौतम सावंत, अध्यक्ष, गोवा पत्तन एवं डॉक कर्मचारी के स्थान पर मुरगांव पत्तन प्राधिकरण के बोर्ड में महापत्तन प्राधिकरण के कर्मचारियों के हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है। बोर्ड के सदस्य की नियुक्ति, महापत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2021 के प्रावधानों के अध्यधीन होगी। यह नियुक्ति, सदस्यता की वैधता की तारीख तक, अथवा सदस्यों की अधिवषिता की आयु पूरी होने तक, अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, वैध होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th February, 2024
G.S.R. 97(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1(f) of Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (PHRD Division) No. G.S.R.217 (E) dated 24th March, 2023, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Snehal Naik, Organising Secretary, Goa Port & Dock Employees' Union, in place of Shri Gautam Sawant, President, Goa Port & Dock Employees' Union, as Member representing the interest of the employees on the board of Mormugao Port Authority. The Appointment of Member of the Board shall be subject to the provisions of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021. The appointment is valid till the date of validity of check-off, or until the attainment of age of superannuation of the Members, or till further orders, whichever is earliest.
