(1989 का 24) की धारा 2 के खण्ड 20 (एफ)(6) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दिया गया तालिका के कॉलम

(3) में उद्धृत अधिकारी को विवाचक के रूप में, तालिका के कॉलम (4) में उल्लिखित परियोजना के संबंधित मामलों में, तालिका

के कॉलम (2) में उल्लिखित हरियाणा राज्य के जिला के लिए नियुक्त किया जाता है, जो प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे तथा

कथित नियम के स्तम्भ संख्या (2) में उल्लिखित हरियाणा राज्य के जिला में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट अपने अधिकार की स्थानीय सीमाओं

के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम के द्वारा विवाचक को सौपे गये कार्यों को निष्पादित करने के लिए इस राजपत्र की अधिसूचना की

तारीख से अधि—त किया जाता है

S.O. 5206(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by clause 20 (F) (6) of section 2 of the Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989) amended through bill no 19 of 2008 , the Central Govt hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column 3 of the table below as Arbitrator of the project as mentioned in column 4 of the table below to perform the function and duties of the such authorities and exercise the power confirmed and imposed , by or under the said act within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction as specified in columns 2 of the table, w.e.f date of this notification in the official gazette

राज्य के जिला में कार्य निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और संचालन के लिए तालिका के कॉलम (4) में उल्लिखित परियोजना के

संबंधित मामलों में सक्षम प्राधिकारी की भूमिका निभाने के लिए प्राधि—त किया है।
