सा.का.नि. 750(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, तटीय जलकृ षि प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 24) की धारा 24 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तटीय जलकृ षि प्राधिकरण नियम, 2024 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्: -
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम तटीय जलकृ षि प्राधिकरण (संशोधन) नियम, 2024 है। (2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे।
2. तटीय जलकृ षि प्राधिकरण नियम, 2024 के नियम 3 में खंड (छ) के पश्चात निम्नलिखित खंड अंतःस्थापित किए जांएगे , अर्थात्: -
"(ज). के कड़े के बीज उत्पादन और कल्चर के लिए हैचरी और फार्मों को विनियमित करने के लिए दिशानिर्देश;
(झ) मेरीन फिनफिश के बीज उत्पादन और कल्चर के लिए हैचरी और फार्मों को विनियमित करने के लिए दिशानिर्देश;
(ञ) समुद्री और खारे जल में स्वदेशी श्रीम्प प्रजातियों के बीज उत्पादन और कल्चर के लिए हैचरी और फार्मों को विनियमित करने के लिए दिशानिर्देश;

(1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (ट) समुद्री/खारे जल के सजावटी जीवों के लिए हैचरी और पालन-पोषण इकाइयों को विनियमित करने के लिए दिशानिर्देश;
(ठ) समुद्री और खारे जल में समुद्री शैवाल (पौधे) उत्पादन और कृ षि को विनियमित करने के लिए दिशानिर्देश;
(ड) समुद्री/खारे जल की जल कृ षि (एक्वाकल्चर) प्रजातियों को के ज और पेन में कल्चर को विनियमित करने के लिए दिशानिर्देश;
(ढ) तटीय जलकृ षि में लाइव फीड कल्चर इकाइयों के विनियमन और प्रबंधन के लिए दिशानिर्देश;
(ण) बायो-फ्लोक, रीसक्यु र्लेटरी एक्वाकल्चर सिस्टम (आरएएस) और नर्सरी आधारित जल कृ षि प्रणाली को विनियमित करने के लिए दिशानिर्देश;
(त) जल क्षेत्रों और जल मानचित्रण को अधिसूचित करने के लिए दिशानिर्देश;
(थ) समुद्री और खारे जल में सीपि के बीज उत्पादन और कृ षि को विनियमित करने के लिए दिशानिर्देश;
(द) पर्यावरण को हुए नुकसान की लागत और विध्वंस करने की लागत के निर्धारण तथा पर्यावरण मॉनिटरी निधि के उपयोग के लिए दिशानिर्देश।"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th December, 2024
G.S.R. 750(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Coastal Aquaculture Authority Act, 2005 (24 of 2005), the Central Government hereby makes the following rule to amend the Coastal Aquaculture Authority Rules, 2024, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement-(1) These rule may be called the Coastal Aquaculture Authority (Amendment) Rules, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Coastal Aquaculture Authority Rules, 2024, in rule 3, after clause (g), the following clause shall
be inserted, namely:—
"(h). Guidelines for regulating hatcheries and farms for seed production and culture of crab;
(i). Guidelines for regulating hatcheries and farms for seed production and culture of marine finfishes;
(j). Guidelines for regulating hatcheries and farms for seed production and culture of indigenous shrimp species in marine and brackish water;
(k). Guidelines for regulating hatcheries and rearing units for marine/brackish water ornamental organisms;
(l). Guidelines for regulating seaweed seedling production and farming in marine and brackish water;
(m). Guidelines for regulating cage and pen culture of marine/brackish water aquaculture species;
(n). Guidelines for regulating live feed culture units and management in coastal aquaculture;
(o). Guidelines for regulating Bio-floc, Recirculatory Aquaculture Systems (RAS), and Nursery-based Aqua Farming Systems;

(p). Guidelines for notifying the aqua zones and aqua mapping;
(q). Guidelines for regulating seed production and farming of bivalves in marine and brackish water;
(r). Guidelines for assessment of cost for the damage to environment and cost of demolition and utilization of environment monitoring fund."
