का.आ. 5242(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम 2008, की धारा 2 के खंड 37 क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से,

(1) "विरार – सुरत सेक्शन समपार संख्या 121 (रेल्वे फाटक) स्टेशन हाँसापोर – गांधी स्मृति स्टेशन के मध्य रेल्वे कि.मी.232/2-4 पर, रोड ओवर ब्रिज बनाना "

(2) "विरार – सुरत सेक्शन समपार संख्या 132 (रेल्वे फाटक) स्टेशन नवसारी – मरोली स्टेशन के मध्य रेल्वे कि.मी.243/14-16 पर, रोड ओवर ब्रिज बनाना " को भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपबंधित करने हेतु गुजरात राज्य में विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है।

S.O. 5242(E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 37A of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 the Central Government hereby notifies

"(1) Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of, LC No. 121 between Hansapor- Gandhismrati stations, in Virar -Surat Section.

(2) " Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of, LC No. 132 ,between – navsari- Maroli Section in Virar-Surat Section as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of Gujarat, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
