विषयः राष्ट्रीय सहकारी निर्यात लिमिटेड (एनसीईएल) के माध्यम से सेनेगल और गाम्बिया को टूटे हुए चावल का
निर्यात।
का.आ. 5251(अ).—समय-समय पर यथा संषोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2023 के पैरा 1.02 और 2.01 के साथ पठित, विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 5 के साथ पठित धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार राष्ट्रीय सहकारी निर्यात लिमिटेड (एनसीईएल) के माध्यम से सेनेगल और गाम्बिया को टूटे हुए चावल के निर्यात हेतु अधिसूचना सं. 15/2024-25 दिनांक 05.06.2024 के साथ पठित अधिसूचना सं. 46 दिनांक 30.11.2023 को निम्नानुसार संषोधित करती हैः-
अधिसूचना सं. 15/2024-25 दिनांक 05.06.2024 के साथ पठित अधिसूचना सं. 46 दिनांक 30.11.2023 द्वारा अधिसूचित मात्रा (मात्राओं) हेतु सेनेगल और गाम्बिया को एनसीईएल के माध्यम से टूटे हुए चावल (आईटीसी (एचएस) 10064000) के निर्यात हेतु समयावधि को दिनांक 31 जनवरी, 2025 तक आगे 2 माह के लिए बढ़ाया गया है। अधिसूचना का प्रभावः एनसीईएल के माध्यम से सेनेगल और गाम्बिया को टूटे हुए चावल के निर्यात हेतु समयावधि को दिनांक 31 जनवरी, 2025 तक आगे 2 माह की अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया गया है।

Subject: Export of Broken Rice to Senegal and Gambia through National Cooperative Exports Limited
(NCEL) -reg
S.O. 5251(E).—In exercise of powers conferred under Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Notification No. 46 dated 30.11.2023 read with Notification No. 15/2024-25 dated 05.06.2024 for the export of Broken Rice to Senegal and Gambia through NCEL, as under: -
The time period for Export of Broken Rice (ITC(HS) 10064000) through NCEL to Senegal and Gambia for the quantity(s) notified vide Notification No. 46 dated 30.11.2023 read with Notification No. 15/2024-25 dated 05.06.2024 has been extended by 2 months up to 31st January 2025.
Effect of the Notification: Time period for Export of Broken Rice to Senegal and Gambia through NCEL has been extended for 2 months up to 31st January 2025.
