का.आ. 5280(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 18 की उप-धारा (8) के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 (2008 का 34) की धारा 15 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अरुणाचल प्रदेश राज्य में कानून द्वारा स्थापित विचारण न्यायालय, अपीलीय न्यायालय अथवा पुनरीक्षण सम्बन्धी न्यायालय और गुवाहाटी उच्च न्यायालय की ईटानगर पीठ के समक्ष राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण की ओर से मामलों के संचालन के लिए श्री सुबू तापिन, अधिवक्ता की विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्ति कार्यकाल को एतद्द्वारा 3 नवम्बर, 2024 से तीन वषों की अतिरिक्त अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th November, 2024
S.O. 5280(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the Central Government hereby extends the term of engagement of Shri Subu Tapin, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor for a further period of three years w.e.f. 3rd November, 2024, for conducting the cases on behalf of the National Investigation Agency before any trial court or appellate court or revisional court established by law in the territory of the State of Arunachal Pradesh and Itanagar Bench of Gauhati High Court.
