का.आ. 5270(अ).—विधिविरूद्ध क्रियाकलाप (निवारण) अधिनियम, 1967 (1967 का 37) की धारा 5 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्र सरकार, यह निर्धारित करने के लिए कि क्या मेघालय की हन्नीवट्रेप नेशनल लिबरेशन काउं सिल (एचएनएलसी) को उसके सभी गुटों, शाखाओं और फ्रं ट संगठनों के साथ विधिविरूद्ध संगम घोषित करने के पर्याप्त कारण हैं अथवा नहीं, एतद्द्वारा, गौहाटी उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश, न्यायमूर्ति श्री सौमित्र सैकिया की अध्यक्षता में "विधिविरूद्ध क्रियाकलाप (निवारण) अधिकरण" का गठन करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th December, 2024
S.O. 5270(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government hereby constitutes "The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal" consisting of Shri Justice Soumitra Saikia, Judge of the Gauhati High Court, for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause for declaring the Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) of Meghalaya with all its factions, wings and front organisations as Unlawful Association.
