का.आ. 5278(अ).— पेट्रोलियम नियमावली, 2002 के नियम 16 (1) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारत सरकार, पत्तन, पोत परिवहन और जलमार्ग मंत्रालय की दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 2021 की अधिसूचना सं.का.आ.3515 (ई) के क्रम में के न्र सरकार, लोकहित में पेट्रोलियम का आयात करने की आवश्यकता के मद्देनजर, आंध्र प्रदेश में कृ ष्णापट्टणम पत्तन {मैसर्स अडानी कृ ष्णापट्टणम पोर्ट लिमिटेड} हेतु पत्तनों पर नौचालन सुरक्षा समिति (एनएसपीसी) के दिनांक 01.11.2021 के प्रमाण-पत्र सं.एनएसपीसी/041/2021 में अनुमत प्रचालनों के अनुसार समुर मार्ग से भारत में पेट्रोलियम के आयात के लिए दिनांक 25.08.2024 से 01.03.2026 तक की अवधि के लिए अधिसूचना को एतद्द्वारा विस्तारित करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th December, 2024
S.O. 5278(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16(1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002, and in continuation of the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways S.O. 3515(E) dated 25th August, 2021, the Central Government, in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum in public interest, hereby extends the notification for Krishnapatnam Port in Andhra Pradesh {M/s Adani Krishnapatnam Port Limited} for importing petroleum into India by sea in accordance with operations permitted in Navigational Safety at Ports Committee (NSPC) certificate number NSPC/041/2021 dated 01.11.2021 for the period from 25.08.2024 to 01.03.2026.
