का.आ. 5286(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, रेलवे अधिनियम 1989 (वर्ष 1989 का 24वां) खंड 2 की धारा 37A के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, मध्य रेलवे के अंतर्गत "बाबूपेठ – सास्ती नई रेल लाइन (13.114 किमी)" "विशेष रेलवे परियोजना" के रूप में रेलवे परियोजना को भूमि अधिग्रहण करने हेतु महाराष्ट्र राज्य चंद्रपुर से बाबूपेठ रेलवे-स्टेशन वर्धा (सेवाग्राम)-बल्लारशाह खंड पर स्थित है में लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपबंधित करने हेतु, विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है |

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 5th December, 2024
S.O. 5286(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) the Central Government hereby notifies "Babupeth – Sasti New Rail Line (13.114 km)" as Railway project under Central Railway, under "Special Railway Project" for acquisition of land in Chandrapur to Babupeth railway station located on Wardha (Sewagram) – Ballarshah section, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
