सं. 985] नई दिल्ली, मंगलवार, दिसम्बर 10, 2024/अग्रहायण 19, 1946 No. 985] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2024/AGRAHAYANA 19, 1946 नई दिल्ली, 23 नवम्बर 2024 .— "वितरण अनुज्ञप्तिधारियों द्वारा ऊर्जा की उपाप्ति के लिए बोली प्रक्रिया द्वारा टैरिफ का अवधारण करने हेतु मार्गदर्शक सिद्धांत" से संबंधित विद्युत मंत्रालय की समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित तारीख 19.01.2005 की अधिसूचना के खंड 5.6 (vi) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय विद्युत विनियामक आयोग को विद्युत मंत्रालय के पत्र दिनांक 13.04.2022 और ''शक्ति (भारत में कोयला, पारदर्शी रूप में आबंटित करने वाले और हार्नेसिंग के लिए योजना) नीति'' दिनांक 06.03.2019 के बी(I), बी(III) और बी(IV) के अधीन कोयले के आबंटन सहित मॉडल बोली दस्तावेजों के अधीन यथाप्रदत्त डिजाइन, निर्माण, वित्त, स्वामित्व और प्रचालन (डीबीएफओओ) आधार और स्रोत ईंधन पर स्थापित थर्मल पावर स्टेशनों से विद्युत की दीर्घकालिक उपाप्ति के लिए मार्गनिर्देश'' के संशोधन पर दिनांक 11.07.2022 के प्रस्ताव के अनुसरण में, केविविआ भुगतान के प्रयोजन के लिए निम्नलिखित वृद्धि दरों को अधिसूचित करता है।

New Delhi, the 23rd November, 2024
No. Eco-M11/2024-CERC.— In pursuance of Clause 5.6 (vi) of the Ministry of Power (MOP) Notification on "Guidelines for Determination of Tariff by Bidding Process for Procurement of Power by Distribution Licensees" dated 19.01.2005 as amended from time to time, MOP communication to the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) dated 13.04.2022, and MOP Resolution dated 11.07.2022 on an amendment to the "Guidelines for long term Procurement of Electricity from Thermal Power Stations set up on Design, Build, Finance, Own and Operate (DBFOO) basis and sourcing fuel as provided under Model Bidding Documents including allocation of coal under B (I), B(III) and B(IV) of SHAKTI (Scheme for Harnessing and Allocating Koyala (Coal) Transparently in India) Policy" dated 6.03.2019, the CERC notifies the following escalation rates for the purpose of payment.
Monthly Escalation Rates applicable for November 2024 for the purpose of payment for Procurement of Power
by Distribution Licensees as per the Power Purchase Agreement entered into under the Guidelines mentioned
above:
