का.आ. 5330(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, चिकित्सा युक्ति नियम, 2017 के नियम 19 के उपनियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय (स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का. आ. 2237 (अ), तारीख 1 जून, 2018 में संशोधन करने के लिए और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की, सारणी में,
(i) क्रम संख्यांक (2) में, स्तंभ (3) में "कं डोम''शब्द के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित अंत: स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:-
"र्सर्जकल दस्ताने और चिकित्सा परीक्षण दस्ताने";
(ii) क्रम संख्यांक(3) में, स्तंभ(3) में "रोगाणुनाशी" शब्द के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित शब्द अंत: स्थापित किए जाएंगे, अर्थात्:-
"र्सर्जकल दस्ताने और चिकित्सा परीक्षण दस्ताने";
(iii) क्रम संख्यांक(5) में, स्तंभ(3) में "और फलोप ररंग्स" शब्द के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित अंत: स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

S.O. 5330(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 19 of the Medical Devices Rules, 2017, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health and Family Welfare) number S.O. 2237(E), dated the 1st June, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-
In the said notification, in the table,
(i) in serial number (2), in column (3), after the word, "Condoms", the following shall be inserted, namely:-
", Surgical Gloves and Medical examination Gloves";
(ii) in serial number (3), in column (3) after the word, "Disinfectant", the following word shall be inserted, namely:-
", Surgical Gloves and Medical examination Gloves";
(iii) in serial number (5), in column (3) after the word, "and Falope Rings", the following shall be inserted, namely:-
", Surgical Gloves, Medical examination Gloves, Cotton Bandages, Anticoagulant Solutions used in blood bags and Disposable syringes".

का.आ. 5331(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, चिकित्सा युक्ति नियम 2017 के नियम 18 के उपनियम (1) के साथ पठित ओषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 (1940 का 23) की धारा 20 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii), तारीख 8 अगस्त, 2022 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय (स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ 3739 (अ), तारीख 2 अगस्त, 2022 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में विर्निर्दष्ट निम्नलिखित सरकारी विश्लेषकों को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (4) में उनके नामों के समक्ष यथा विर्निर्दष्ट चिकित्सा युक्तियों के संबंध में चिकित्सा युक्ति परीक्षण अधिकारी के रूप में पदाभिहित करती है, अर्थात:-

S.O. 5331(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 18 of the Medical Devices Rules 2017, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health and Family Welfare) number S.O. 3739(E), dated, the 2nd August, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 8th August, 2022 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby designates the following Government Analysts specified in column (2) of the Table given below as Medical Device Testing Officers in respect of the Medical Devices as specified against their names in column (4) of the said table, namely :-
