का.आ. 5335(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, "रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2008" की धारा 2 के खंड 7A द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सरकारी गज़ट मे इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से छत्तीसगढ़ एवं ओड़िशा राज्यों मे एतद द्वारा नीचे दी गई तालिका के स्तम्भ (2) मे वर्णित अधिकारियों को तालिका के स्तम्भ (3) मे उल्लिखित विशेष रेल परियोजना के क्षेत्र के संबंध मे इस तरह के कार्य करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप मे अधिकृ त करती हैं ।

NOTIFICATION
Bilaspur, the 9th December, 2024
S.O. 5335(E).—In exercise of power conferred by clause 7A of section 2 of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008, the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such Authority under the said Act in respect of area of the Special Railway Project mentioned in column (3) of the table below in the states of Chhattisgarh & Odisha with effect from the date of publication of this notification of the official Gazette.
