का.आ. 5380(अ).— भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1994 (वर्ष 1994 का 55) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कें द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा श्री अनिल कु मार गुप्ता, कार्यपालक निदेशक, भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण को, भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण में उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख अर्थात 09.10.2024 (अपराह्न) से उनकी सेवानिवृत्ति की तारीख अर्थात 30.09.2029 तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, 1,80,000-3,40,000/- रुपये वेतनमान (आईडीए) में भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण में सदस्य (योजना) के पद पर नियुक्त करती है।

New Delhi, the 5th December, 2024
S.O. 5380(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the Airports Authority of India Act, 1994 (No.55 of 1994), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Anil Kumar Gupta, Executive Director, Airports Authority of India to the post of Member (Planning) in AAI in the scale of pay of Rs.1,80,000-3,40,000/- (IDA) with effect from the afternoon of 09.10.2024 i.e. date of his assumption of charge of the post, for a period of five years or till the date of his superannuation i.e. 30.09.2029, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
