का .आ. 5381(अ).—दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 61) की धारा (3) की उप-धारा (3) के खंड (छ) के साथ पठित उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा आवासन और शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अपर सचिव, सुश्री डी. तारा को तत्काल प्रभाव से दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण के सदस्य के रूप में नामित करती है।
2. इसके अलावा, दिल्ली शहरी कला आयोग अधिनियम, 1973 (1974 का 1) की धारा 4 और 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद् द्वारा आवासन और शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अपर सचिव सुश्री डी. तारा को तत्काल प्रभाव से दिल्ली शहरी कला आयोग (डीयूएसी) का सदस्य नियुक्त करती है। डीयूएसी में सदस्य के रूप में अपर सचिव सुश्री डी. तारा का कार्यकाल आयोग के अन्य सदस्यों के कार्यकाल के साथ समाप्त होगा। 3. यह अधिसूचना मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 5252(अ) दिनांक 11.11.2022 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए जारी की जाती है।

New Delhi, the 13th December , 2024
S.O. 5381(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1), read with clause (g) of sub- section (3) of section (3) of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Central Government hereby nominates Ms. D. Thara, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, as Member of the Delhi Development Authority, with immediate effect.
2. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 4 and 5 of the Delhi Urban Art Commission Act, 1973 (1 of 1974), the Central Government appoints Ms. D. Thara, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, as Member of the Delhi Urban Arts Commission (DUAC), with immediate effect. The tenure of Ms. D. Thara, Additional Secretary, as Member in DUAC shall be co- terminus with the other Members of the Commission.
3. This issues in supersession of Ministry's Notification No. S.O. 5252 (E) dated 11.11.2022.
