का.आ. 5461(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, नोटेरी नियम,1956 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) के अनुसरण में उक्त नियमों के नियम 13 के प्रयोजन के लिए श्री नीरज रावत, उप विधि सलाहकार, विधि कार्य विभाग को सक्षमत प्राधिकारी पदाभिहित करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय, विधि कार्य विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 3637(अ), तारीख 27 अगस्त, 2024 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :--
उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम संख्यांक 1 में "श्रीमती रेनु पांडे, उप विधि सलाहकार", शब्दों के स्थान पर, "श्री नीरज रावत, उप विधि सलाहकार" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the18th December, 2024
S.O. 5461(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Central Government hereby designates Shri Neeraj Rawat, Deputy Legal Adviser, Department of Legal Affairs as the competent authority for the purpose of rule 13 of the said rules and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs number S.O.3637(E), dated 27th August, 2024, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-
In the said notification, in serial number 1, for the words "Smt. Renu Pande, Deputy Legal Adviser", the words "Shri Neeraj Rawat, Deputy Legal Adviser" shall be substituted.
