का.आ. 5469(अ).–– कें द्रीय सरकार, पशुओं के प्रति क्रू रता का निवारण अधिनियम, 1960 (1960 का 59) की धारा 15(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के मत्स्यपालन, पशुपालन और डेयरी मंत्रालय में अधिसूचना का.आ. 4595 (अ)तारीख 2 नवंबर, 2021, जो पशुओं पर प्रयोग के नियंत्रण और पर्यवेक्षण के प्रयोजनार्थ समिति (सीपीसीएसईए) के गठन को अधिसूचित करते हुए भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :-
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैरा सं. 2 को निम्नवत प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:
"समिति का कार्यकाल उत्तरवर्ती समिति के गठन तक वैध रहेगा ।"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th December, 2024
S.O. 5469(E).–––In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(1) of the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals Act, 1960 (59 of 1960), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Number S.O 4595 (E) dated 2nd November, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) notifying the constitution of the Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA), namely:-
2. In the said notification, the para No. 2 shall be replaced as under:-
"The term of the Committee shall be valid till the constitution of the subsequent Committee."
