का.आ. 5525(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची मे यथा विनिदिष्ट राजस्थान राज्य के जोधपुर शहर में महामंदिर (किमी. 0.000) से आखलिया चौराहा (किमी. 7.633) तक फोर लेन एलिवेटेड रोड का निर्माण किमी. 0.000 से किमी. 7.633 तक के भुखण्ड के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यो का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र मे प्रकाशन कि तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप मे प्राधिकृ त करती है।

S.O. 5525(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land for Construction of Four Lane Elevated Road in Jodhpur city portion from Mahamandir (CH. 0+000) to Akhaliya Chouraha (CH. 7+633) in State of Rajasthan.
