का.आ. 5531(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 2 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 689 (अ), दिनांकित 4 अप्रैल, 2011 में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, नामत:-
उक्त अनुसूची में, क्रम सं. 190 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत:-

| माजलगांव, परभणी, नांदेड़, भोकर, तेलंगाना में निर्मल, खानापुर, मल् लापुरम, रायकल को जोड़ने वाला और बांकर फाटा के निकट अपने जंक् शन से प्रारंभ होकर ज ुन् नार, घोड़ेगांव को जोड़ने वाला तथा तालघर के निकट समाप् त होने वाले स् पर सहित जगतियाल के निकट रारा-63 के साथ अपने जंक् शन पर समाप् त होने वाला राजमार्ग। |

अभय जैन, निदेशक पाद टिप्पण: राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की अनुसूची, भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 4 अप्रैल, 2011 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 689 (अ), दिनांकित 4 अप्रैल, 2011 द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की गई थी और पिछली बार संशोधन अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 5320(अ), दिनांकित 09 दिसम्बर, 2024 द्वारा किया गया था।

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2024
S.O. 5531(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii) vide number S.O. 689(E) dated the 4th April, 2011, namely:-
In the Schedule, for serial number 190 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:-

| 190 | 61 | The highway starting from its junction with NH 160 near Bhiwandi connecting Kalyan, Murbad, Ale, Ahmednagar (part of Ahmednagar Bypass from Nepti to Chand Bibi Mahal via Renuka Nagar, Arangaon, Walunj, Sarola Baddi), Shevgaon, Gevrai, Majalgaon, Parbhani, Nanded, Bhokar in the State of Maharashtra connecting Nirmal, Khanapur, Mallapuram, Raikal and terminating at its junction with NH-63 near Jagtial in the State of Telangana including the spur starting from its junction near Bankar Phata connecting Junnar, Ghodegaon and terminating near Tale Ghar in the state of Maharashtra. |
