सा.का.नि. 782(अ).—वित्त अधिनियम, 2021 (2021 का 13) की धारा 124 के साथ पठित सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है, एतदद्वारा, भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या 64/2023-सीमाशुल्क, दिनांक 7 दिसम्बर, 2023, जिसे सा.का.नि. 884(अ), दिनांक 7 दिसम्बर, 2023, के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग ।।, खंड 3, उप खंड (i) में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, यथा:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, कॉलम (4) में, शब्द और अक्षर "31 दिसंबर, 2024" के स्थान पर, शब्द और अक्षर " 28 फरवरी, 2025" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
2. यह अधिसूचना 27 दिसम्बर, 2024 से लागू होगी ।

अम्रीता टाइटस, उप सचिव 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] नोट:-प्रधान अधिसूचना संख्या 64/2023-सीमाशुल्क, दिनांक 7 दिसम्बर, 2023, को सा.का.नि. 884(अ), दिनांक 7 दिसम्बर, 2023, के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप खंड (i) में प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या 43/2024-सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 13 सितम्बर, 2024 जिसे सा.का.नि. 573 (अ), दिनांक 13 सितम्बर, 2024 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप खंड (i) में प्रकाशित किया गया था, के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION

No. 49/2024-Customs
G.S.R. 782(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) read with section 124 of the Finance Act, 2021 (13 of 2021), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 64/2023- Customs, dated the 7th December, 2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (i), vide number G.S.R. 884(E)., dated the 7th December, 2023, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, against S. No. 1, in Column (4), for the words and figures "31 st day of December, 2024", the words and figures "28th day of February, 2025" shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall come into force from the 27th day of December, 2024.
