का.आ. 5563(अ).—पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में प्रयोक्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) (इसमें इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार एतदद्वारा, गुजरात राज्य में मैसर्स गेल (इंडिया) लिमिटेड की सभी गैस पाइपलाइन परियोजनाओं के लिए पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में प्रयोक्ता के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 के तहत श्रीमती कल्पनाबेन भवनेशकु मार मेहता, मामलातदार, वडोदरा, गुजरात सरकार को श्रीमती एस.आर. के लैया, मामलातदार साबरमती, जिला - अहमदाबाद, गुजरात सरकार के स्थान पर, प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर, सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कार्यो का निर्वहन करने के लिये प्राधिकृ त करती है I
2. यह अधिसूचना इसके जारी होने की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2024
S.O. 5563(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Smt. Kalpnaben Bhavneshkumar Mehta, Mamlatdar, Vadodara, Government of Gujarat in place of Smt. S.R. Kelaiya, Mamlatdar Sabarmati, District – Ahmedabad, Government of Gujarat to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, on deputation basis, for all Gas Pipeline Projects of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Gujarat.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
