का.आ. 5569(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 2 के खंड (7 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय (दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे/निर्माण संगठन) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3994(ई), दिनांक 17 सितम्बर, 2024 और का.आ. 2791(ई), दिनांक 16 जुलाई, 2024 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii), दिनांक 18 सितम्बर, 2024 और दिनांक 16 जुलाई, 2024 में प्रकाशित, एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :
(1) अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ.3994(ई), दिनांक 17 सितम्बर, 2024 में, सारणी में क्रम संख्या (1) और स्तंभ (2), (3) और (4) में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :

NOTIFICATION
Kolkata, the 27th December, 2024
S.O. 5569(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (South Eastern Railway/Construction Organization) vide number S.O.3994(E), dated the17th September, 2024 and S.O. 2791(E), dated the 16th July, 2024, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 18th September, 2024 and dated the 16th July, 2024, namely:
(1) In the notification number S.O.3994(E), dated the17th September, 2024, in the Table for Sl. no.1 and entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4) the following shall be substituted, namely:
