का.आ. 5577(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम,1988 (1988 का 68) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 1670(अ), दिनांकित 26 मई, 2020 में एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, क्रमश: कॉलम सं. (1), (2) और (3) के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों का
| 751डी | वटामन चौक के समीप एनएच-751 के साथ अपने जंक्शन से प्रारंभ होकर फतेपुरा, वलंदपुरा, इंराज, तारापुर, लकु लेश नगर को जोड़ने वाला और गुजरात राज्य में धर्मज के समीप एनएच-64 के साथ अपने जंक्शन पर समाप्त होने वाला राजमार्ग। | सम्पूर्ण राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग गुजरात राज्य में आता है |
| 751 | भावनगर के पास एनएच-51 (नारी जंक्शन) के साथ अपने जंक्शन से प्रारंभ होकर राजमार्ग भावलियारी, धोलेरा, अंबी, वालिंडा, पिंपली, आनंदपुर, भोलाड, सरगवल, वेजाल्का, क े शरगढ़, रूपगढ़, करियाना, सरंधी, जलालपुर (गोधनेश्वर), लाना सिंधरेज, रूपवती, जुवल, चालोदा, कविता, वासना, चाचरवाडी, भाट, ताजपुर, बीसलपुर को जोड़ने वाला और सरखेज (अहमदाबाद) के समीप सरदार पटेल ररंग रोड पर समाप्त होने वाला राजमार्ग। | सम्पूर्ण राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग गुजरात राज्य में आता है |

New Delhi, the 27th December, 2024
S.O. 5577(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1670(E), dated the 26th May, 2020, namely:-
In the Table to the said notification, the following entries, under columns number (1), (2) and (3) respectively shall be omitted:-
| 751D | The highway starting from its junction with NH-751 near Vataman Chowk connecting Fatepura, Valandapura, Indranaj, Tarapur, Lakulesh Nagar and terminating at its junction with NH-64 near Dharmaj in the state of Gujarat | Entire NH falling in the State of Gujarat |

का.आ. 5578(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का 68) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतदद्वारा नीचे दी गई सारणी के कॉलम (1) में तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टि में यथा विर्निर्दष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के कॉलम (2) में यथा विर्निर्दष्ट खंड के अनुसार निम्नलिखित सारणी के कॉलम (3) में यथा- विर्निर्दष्ट, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग खंड भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण को सौंपती है, नामत:-
