सं. 1037] नई दिल्ली, शुक्रवार, दिसम्बर 27, 2024/पौष 6, 1946 No. 1037] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2024/PAUSHA 6, 1946 नई दिल्ली, 19 नवम्बर, 2024 समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् अधिनियम, 1947 (1947 का XLVIII) की धारा 14 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित आदेश जारी करती है :-
जबकि,
उत्तराखंड राज्य सरकार तथा उत्तराखंड नर्सेज मिडवाइव्स कौंसिल द्वारा
पाठ्यक्रम संचालित करने के लिए मान्यता प्राप्त है।
वहीं, भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् अधिनियम, 1947 की धारा 14 के तहत मान्यता रद्द करने के लिए प्रधान सचिव (स्वास्थ्य एवं
परिवार कल्याण), उत्तराखंड राज्य सरकार, 5वां तल, भूतल, कमरा संख्या 151, ए.पी. सचिवालय, वेलेगापुडी, अमरावती-522503, उत्तराखंड
को संबोधित नोटिस संख्या
दिनांक को जारी किया गया था। दिनांक
को जारी नोटिस की एक प्रति
को भी भेजी गई थी। जारी किए गए नोटिस में राज्य सरकार से नर्सिंग संस्थान की उपयुक्तता के संबंध
में परिषद् को अपनी सिफारिशें प्रस्तुत करने का अनुरोध किया गया था।
चूंकि, के संबंध में परिषद् को राज्य सरकार से कोई अनुशंसा प्राप्त नहीं हुई है। यहां तक कि संस्था
यानी ने भी जारी किए गए नोटिस का कोई जवाब नहीं दिया है।
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] अतः, धारा 14(3)(बी) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए परिषद् यह घोषणा करती है कि दिनांक सेमान्यता प्राप्त योग्यता धारक प्रत्येक व्यक्ति केवल में पंजीकृत होने का हकदार
से
होगा।

INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL
WITHDRAWAL ORDER
New Delhi, the 19th November, 2024
F.No. 18-37/15491-INC: — In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:—
Whereas, Aarogyam Nursing College situated at Nh-73, Po Bhagwanpur, Vill.- Karondhi, Tehsil – Bhagwanpur, Distt. Haridwar 247661 Uttarakhand is recognized by State Government of Uttarakhand and Uttarakhand Nurses Midwives Council to conduct Post Basic B.Sc(N) Course.
Whereas, a notice no. 18-37/15491-INC (49701) dated 16/01/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the Additional Chief secretary (Health & FW), Government of Uttarakhand, Secretariat 4 B, Subhash Road, Dehradun 248001 Uttarakhand was issued. Copy of the notice dated 16/01/2024 was also enclosed to Aarogyam Nursing College situated at Nh-73, Po Bhagwanpur, Vill.- Karondhi, Tehsil – Bhagwanpur, Distt. Haridwar 247661 Uttarakhand. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution.
Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Aarogyam Nursing College Even the institution Aarogyam Nursing College has not responded to the notices issued.
Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 19/07/2023 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run Post Basic B.Sc(N) Course.
Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 21/05/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification of Post Basic B.Sc(N) from Aarogyam Nursing College situated at Nh-73, Po Bhagwanpur, Vill.- Karondhi, Tehsil – Bhagwanpur, Distt. Haridwar 247661 Uttarakhand shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Uttarakhand.
