समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् अधिनियम, 1947 (1947 का
XLVIII) की धारा 14 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित आदेश
जारी करती हैः-
जबकि, कर्नाटक सरकार और कर्नाटक राज्य उपचर्या परिषद् ने
को पाठ्यक्रम संचालित करने
के लिए मान्यता प्रदान की हुई है।
हालांकि, भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् अधिनियम ("अधिनियम") की धारा 13(1) के तहत, भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् ("परिषद्") को राज्य
प्राधिकरणों द्वारा प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के रूप में मान्यता प्राप्त किसी भी संस्थान का निरीक्षण करने का अधिकार है। लेकिन जब परिषद् द्वारा
नियुक्त निरीक्षक दिनांक 11.01.2023 को कॉलेज द्वारा दिए गए पते पर पहुंचे, तो पाया गया कि उक्त पते पर कोई कॉलेज मौजूद नहीं है।
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] सचिव, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग, कर्नाटक राज्य सरकार को जारी किया गया था, जिसमें दिए गए पते पर कोई कॉलेज मौजूद नहीं होने के मुद्दे पर उनकी टिप्पणी/राय मांगी गई थी। हालाँकि, परिषद् को कोई टिप्पणी नहीं मिली।जबकि, परिषद् की कार्यकारी समिति द्वारा उपरोक्त मामले पर समग्रता से विचार किया गया था। भौतिक निरीक्षण करने के बाद
पाया गया कि दिए गए पते पर
के नाम से कोई कॉलेज मौजूद नहीं है और गलत जानकारी देकर राज्य
प्राधिकारियों से मान्यता प्राप्त करना (Deficiency) है।
अतः, धारा 14(3)(बी) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए परिषद् यह घोषणा करती है कि दिनांक से
से मान्यता प्राप्त योग्यता धारक प्रत्येक व्यक्ति केवल में पंजीकृत होने का हकदार होगा।

INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL
WITHDRAWAL ORDER
New Delhi, the 19th November, 2024
F.No. 18-15/3503-INC: — In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:—
Whereas, Government of Karnataka and Karnataka State nursing Council had granted recognition to Dr. Ajay School of Nursing at Opp. Veerender Patel Layout, University Road, Gulbarga, Gulbarga, Distt. Gulbarga 585104 Karnataka ("College") to conduct GNM course.
Whereas, in terms of Section 13 (1) of the Indian Nursing Council Act ("Act"), the Indian Nursing Council ("Council") has the power to inspect any Institution recognized as a training institution by State authorities. However, when the inspectors appointed by the Council reached the address provided by the College on 11.01.2023, it was found that no college is existing on the said address.
Whereas, letter no. 18-15/03503-INC dated 21.04.2023 was issued to the College informing them about the closure of their application for suitability. Further, a notice no. 18-15/03503-INC (47198) dated 26.12.2023 was issued to the Principal Secretary, Health and family welfare department (state government of Karnataka) asking them for their remarks/ comments on the issue of no college existing on the address provided. However, no comments were received by the Council.
Whereas, the Executive Committee of the Council had considered the aforesaid matter in its entirety. After conducting physical inspections, it was found that no college in the name of Dr. Ajay School of nursing existed on the address provided and that obtaining recognition from the state authorities by providing incorrect information amounts to a serious deficiency.
Hence, therefore, the Council in exercise of its power conferred under Section 14 (3)-(b) of the Act declares that with effect from 21.05.2024, any person obtaining a qualification of GNM from Dr. Ajay school of Nursing allegedly situated at Opp. Veerender Patel Layout, University Road, Gulbarga, Gulbarga, Distt. Gulbarga 585104 Karnataka shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Karnataka.
