का.आ. 5572(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, रेलवे अधिनियम 1989 (वर्ष 1989 का 24वां) खंड 2 की धारा 37A के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, मध्य रेलवे के अंतर्गत "बीएसएल डिवीजन के अधिकार क्षेत्र में लेवल क्रॉसिंग गेटों के बदले आरओबी और आरयूबी (4 संख्या )का प्रस्तावित निर्माण" रेलवे परियोजना को भूमि अधिग्रहण करने हेतु महाराष्ट्र राज्य के अकोला, जलगांव एवं नासिक ज़िला में लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपबंधित करने हेतु, विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है |

NOTIFICATION

S.O. 5572(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) the Central Government hereby notifies "Proposed Construction of ROB & RUB (4 Nos.) in lieu of Level Crossing Gates in the jurisdiction of Bhusawal Division" Railway project under Central Railway under Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in Akola, Jalgaon Nashik District in the State of Maharashtra, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
