सं. 1040] नई दिल्ली, शुक्रवार, दिसम्बर 27, 2024/पौष 6, 1946 No. 1040] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2024/PAUSHA 6, 1946 नई दिल्ली, 19 नवम्बर, 2024 .— समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् अधिनियम, 1947 (1947 का XLVIII) की धारा 14 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित आदेश जारी करती है :-
जबकि,
मध्य प्रदेश राज्य सरकार तथा मध्य प्रदेश नर्स पंजीकरण परिषद् द्वारा पाठ्यक्रम संचालित करने के लिए
मान्यता प्राप्त है।
वहीं, भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् अधिनियम, 1947 की धारा 14 के तहत मान्यता रद्द करने के लिए प्रधान सचिव,
स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग, मध्य प्रदेश राज्य सरकार, कमरा संख्या 241, मंत्रालय (वल्लभ भवन) एरेरा हिल्स,
दिनांक को जारी किया
भोपाल-462004, मध्य प्रदेश को संबोधित नोटिस संख्या
गया था। दिनांक को जारी नोटिस की एक प्रति
को भी भेजी गई थी। जारी किए गए नोटिस में राज्य सरकार से नर्सिंग
संस्थान की उपयुक्तता के संबंध में परिषद् को अपनी सिफारिशें प्रस्तुत करने का अनुरोध किया गया था।
चूंकि, के संबंध में परिषद् को राज्य सरकार से कोई अनुशंसा प्राप्त नहीं
ने भी जारी किए गए नोटिस का कोई जवाब नहीं
हुई है। यहां तक कि संस्था यानी
दिया है।

INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL
WITHDRAWAL ORDER
New Delhi, the 19th November, 2024
F. No. 18-18/15408-INC.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues thefollowing order:—
Whereas, Apex College Of Nursing And Research situated at By Pass Road, Niwari, Distt.- Tikamgarh, Pin Code- 472442, Madhya Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Madhya Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council to conduct GNM Course.
Whereas, a notice no. 18-18/15408-INC dated 26/02/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the principal secretary (Health & FW), Government of Madhya Pradesh Room No. 241, Mantralaya (VallabhBhawan) Area Hills, Bhopal – 462004, Madhya Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 26/02/2024 was also enclosed to Apex College Of Nursing And Research situated at By Pass Road, Niwari, Distt.- Tikamgarh, Pin Code- 472442, Madhya Pradesh . In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution.
Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Apex College Of Nursing And Research. Even the institution, Apex College Of Nursing And Research has not responded to the notices issued.
Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 23/02//2023 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run GNM Course.
Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 21/05/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification of GNM from Apex College Of Nursing And Research situated at By Pass Road, Niwari, Distt.- Tikamgarh, Pin Code- 472442, Madhya Pradesh shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
