.––समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् अधिनियम, 1947
(1947 का XLVIII) की धारा 14 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् एतद्द्वारा
निम्नलिखित आदेश जारी करती है :-
जबकि,
तमिलनाडु राज्य सरकार
तथा तमिलनाडु नर्सेज एंड मिडवाइव्स कौंसिल द्वारा
पाठ्यक्रम संचालित करने के लिए मान्यता प्राप्त है।
वहीं, भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद् अधिनियम, 1947 की धारा 14 के तहत मान्यता रद्द करने के लिए अतिरिक्त मुख्य
सचिव (स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण), पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य सरकार, स्वास्थ्य भवन, चौथी मंजिल, बी विंग, जीएन-29,
सेक्टर-V, बिधान नगर, कोलकाता-700091, पश्चिम बंगाल को संबोधित नोटिस संख्या
दिनांक को जारी किया गया था। दिनांक को जारी नोटिस की एक प्रति
को भी भेजी गई थी। जारी किए गए नोटिस में राज्य सरकार से नर्सिंग संस्थान
की उपयुक्तता के संबंध में परिषद् को अपनी सिफारिशें प्रस्तुत करने का अनुरोध किया गया था।

(1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] चूंकि, के संबंध में परिषद् को राज्य सरकार से कोई अनुशंसा प्राप्त ने भी जारी किए गए नोटिस का नहीं हुई है। यहां तक कि संस्था यानी कोई जवाब नहीं दिया है। वहीं, परिषद् द्वारा इस मामले पर समग्र विचार किया गया है। दिनांक की निरीक्षण रिपोर्ट के अवलोकन से पता चलता है कि संस्थान में कई मामलों में कमी है, विशेष रूप से वे कमियां जो नैदानिक और शिक्षण सुविधाओं से संबंधित हैं। ये गंभीर कमियां हैं जिसका मतलब है कि संस्थान पाठ्यक्रमों का संचालन करने में असमर्थ है। अतः, धारा 14(3)(बी) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए परिषद् यह घोषणा करती है कि दिनांक से से मान्यता प्राप्त योग्यता धारक प्रत्येक व्यक्ति केवल में पंजीकृत होने का हकदार होगा। [विज्ञापन-III/4/असा./841/2024-25]

WITHDRAWAL ORDER
New Delhi, the 19th November 2024
F.No. 18-33/5907-INC.–– In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:—
Whereas, Vinayaka Mission's College of Nursing situated at Aarupadai Veedu Medical College & Hospital Campus, Cuddalore Main Road, Vill.- Kirumampakkam, Tehsil – Bahour, Distt. Puducherry 607402 Pondicherry is recognized by State Government of Tamil Nadu and Tamil Nadu Nurses & Midwives Council to conduct PB Diploma in Critical Care Nursing, PB Diploma in Emergency & Disaster, PB Diploma in Ortho & Rehabilitation, and PB Diploma in Neonatal Nursing & Nurse Practitioner in Midwifery Course.
Whereas, a notice no. 18-33/5907-INC (52827) dated 26/02/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the Secretary (Health & FW), Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Tamil Nadu, 4th Floor, Fort St. George, Secretariat, Chennai 600009, Tamil Nadu was issued. Copy of the notice dated 26/02/2024 was also enclosed to, Vinayaka Mission's College of Nursing situated at Aarupadai Veedu Medical College & Hospital Campus, Cuddalore Main Road, Vill.- Kirumampakkam, Tehsil – Bahour, Distt. Puducherry 607402 Pondicherry. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution.
Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Vinayaka Mission's College of Nursing Even the institution Vinayaka Mission's College of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued.
Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 25/10/2023 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run PB Diploma in Critical Care Nursing, PB Diploma in Emergency & Disaster, PB Diploma in Ortho & Rehabilitation, and PB Diploma in Neonatal Nursing & Nurse Practitioner in Midwifery Course 3 [भाग III—खण्ड 4] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण
Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 21/05/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification of PB Diploma in Critical Care Nursing, PB Diploma in Emergency & Disaster, PB Diploma in Ortho & Rehabilitation, and PB Diploma in Neonatal Nursing & Nurse Practitioner in Midwifery Course from Vinayaka Mission's College of Nursing situated at Aarupadai Veedu Medical College & Hospital Campus, Cuddalore Main Road, Vill.- Kirumampakkam, Tehsil – Bahour, Distt. Puducherry 607402 Pondicherry shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Tamil Nadu.
