का.आ. 5630(अ).—ऋण वसूली और शोधन अक्षमता अधिनियम, 1993 (1993 का 51) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्रीय सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, ऋण वसूली अधिकरण, मदुरै को दिनांक 7.12.2024 (शनिवार) से नीचे दी गई सारणी के कॉलम 2 में उल्लिखित स्थान की जगह सारणी के कॉलम 3 में उल्लिखित स्थान पर किए जाने संबंधी निम्नलिखित परिवर्तन को अधिसूचित करती हैः-

New Delhi, the 30th December, 2024
S.O. 5630(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby notifies the following change in the location of Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai with effect from 07.12.2024 (Saturday) from the place mentioned in Column 2 to the place mentioned in Column 3 in the Table below:
