का.नि.आ. 205(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.नि.आ. 155(अ), तारीख 14 नवंबर, 2024 जिसमें पचमढ़ी छावनी बोर्ड के गठन में फे रफार की घोषणा अंर्तर्वष्ट है, के साथ पठित छावनी अधिनियम 2006 की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (3) के अनुसरण में, उक्त धारा की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (ग) के अधीन नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में यथा उपर्दर्शत छावनी बोर्ड के स्तंभ (3) में विर्निर्दष्ट सदस्य का नामांकन इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 29 नवंबर, 2025 को समाप्त होने वाली अवधि के लिए या उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 12 के अधीन बोर्ड के गठन होने तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, अधिसूचित करती है :

New Delhi, the 30th December, 2024
S.R.O. 205(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (3) of the section 13 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence S.R.O. 155(E) dated the 14 th November, 2024, containing the declaration varying the constitution of Pachmarhi Cantonment Board, the Central Government hereby notifies the nomination of member specified in column (3) of the Table given below of the Cantonment Board as indicated in column (2) thereof, under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of the said section for a period ending 29th November, 2025 with effect from the date of publication of this Notification or till the constitution of the Board under Section 12 of the said Act, whichever is earlier.
