का.आ. 5646(अ). –– के न्रीय सरकार, भारतीय वायुयान अधिनियम, 2024 (2024 का 16) की धारा 1 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा तारीख 01 जनवरी, 2025 को उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंधों के प्रवृत्त होने की तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है।

S.O. 5646(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam, 2024 (16 of 2024), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2025 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, shall come into force.
