का.आ. 5653(अ).— कें द्र सरकार, पटसन पैके जिंग सामग्री (पैककं ग वस्तुओं में अनिवार्य प्रयोग) अधिनियम 1987 (1987 का 10) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा भारत सरकार, वस्त्र मंत्रालय के दिनांक 26 दिसंबर, 2023 के का.आ.सं. 5459(अ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित आदेश में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात:

उक्त्त आदेश की प्रस्तावना के पैरा 4 में, "30 जून, 2024 तक" शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर "31 मार्च, 2025 तक या अगले आदेश होने तक, जो भी पहले हो" शब्द, अंक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे।

New Delhi, the 31st December, 2024

S.O. 5653(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Jute Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (10 of 1987), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-Section (ii) vide number S.O. 5459(E), dated the 26th December, 2023, namely:-

In the said Order, in the Preamble, in paragraph 4, for the words, figures and letters "up to the 30 th June, 2024", the words, figures and letters "up to the 31st March, 2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier" shall be substituted.
