सं. पीआर/जी/103/2022/डीडी/130/2022/डीसी/1674/2022.—चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट (वृत्तिक और अन्य कदाचार के अन्वेषणों और मामलों के संचालन की प्रयििा) नियम, 2007 के नियम 18(17) के साथ पठित, चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 21ख(3) के उपबंधों के निबंधनानुसार अनुशासन समिति ने सीए. पांडिया राजन आर (सदस्यता संख्या 212861), संख्या 112, सी ए टावर्स, पहली मंजिल, कवि लक्ष्मीशा रोड, विश्वेश्वरपुरम, बेंगलुरु-560004, को पूवोक्त अधिनियम की दूसरी अनुसूची के भाग I की मद (7) के अर्थान्तर्गत वृत्तिक कदाचार का दोषी ठहराया है और उसके परिणामस्वरूप अनुशासन समिति ने पूवोक्त नियमों के नियम 19(1) के निबंधनानुसार सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करने के पश्चात्, सीए. पांडिया राजन आर (सदस्यता संख्या 212861) के नाम को 60 (साठ) दिन की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हटाने का आदेश दिया है और साथ ही 20,000/- रुपये (के वल बीस हजार रुपए) का जुर्माना भी अधिरोपित किया, जिसका संदाय 90 (नब्बे) दिन की अवधि के भीतर किया जाना है और अनुबंधित समय के भीतर उक्त जुर्माने के संदाय में व्यतिमि की दशा में उसके नाम को 30 (तीस) दिन की अतिरिक्त अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हटा दिया जाएगा। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] पूवोक्त आदेश के अनुसरण में और चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट विनियम, 1988 के विनियम 18 के साथ पठित पूवोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त सीए. पांडिया राजन आर (सदस्यता संख्या 212861) का नाम 3 जनवरी, 2025 से 60 (साठ) दिन की समेकित अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हट जाएगा ।

No. PR/G/103/2022/DD/130/2022/DC/1674/2022.—In terms of the provisions of Section 21B(3) of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 read with Rule 18(17) of the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007, the Disciplinary Committee has held CA. Pandia Rajan R (Membership No. 212861), NO 112, Seaa Towers, 1st Floor, Kavi Lakshmisha Road, Visveswarapuram, BENGALURU- 560004, guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Item (7) of Part I of Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and consequently after affording an opportunity of being heard in terms of Rule 19(1) of the aforesaid Rules, ordered for removal of name of CA. Pandia Rajan R (Membership No. 212861) from the Register of Members for a period of 60(Sixty) days and also imposed a fine of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to be paid within 90(ninety) days and in case of default in payment of fine within stipulated time his name shall be removed for a further period of 30(Thirty) days. Since the Respondent had already paid the imposed fine within stipulated time, in pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of CA. Pandia Rajan R (Membership No. 212861), shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a consolidated period of 60 (Sixty) days with effect from 3rd January, 2025.
