सं. पीआर/400/2022/डीडी/400/2022/बीओडी/731/2024.—चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट (वृत्तिक और अन्य कदाचार के अन्वेषणों और मामलों के संचालन की प्रयििा) नियम, 2007 के नियम 14 के उपनियम (9) के साथ पठित चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 21क(3) के उपबंधों के निबंधनानुसार संस्थान के अनुशासन बोर्ड ने सीए. रंजीत कु मार यादव (सदस्यता संख्या 525751), बी-239 द्वितीय तल, वेस्ट विनोद नगर, नरवाना रोड, दिल्ली 110092 को चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट अधिनियम, 1949 की पहली अनुसूची के भाग IV की मद (2) के अर्थान्तर्गत 'अन्य कदाचार' का दोषी ठहराया है और इसके परिणामस्वरूप पूवोक्त नियमों के नियम 15(1) के निबंधनानुसार सुनवाई का एक अवसर प्रदान किए जाने के पश्चात् सीए.
रंजीत कु मार यादव (सदस्यता संख्या 525751) के नाम को 03 (तीन) मास की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हटाने का आदेश दिया है और साथ ही उन पर 1,00,000/- (के वल एक लाख रुपए) का जुर्माना भी अधिरोपित किया । अनुशासन 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] करते हुए चार्टर्ड अकाउं टेंट विनियम, 1988 के विनियम 18 के अधीन यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त सीए. रंजीत कु मार यादव (सदस्यता संख्या 525751) का नाम 3 जनवरी, 2025 से 03 (तीन) मास की अवधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से हट जाएगा ।

No. PR/400/2022/DD400/2022/BOD/731/2024.—In terms of the provisions of Section 21A(3) of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 read with sub-rule (9) of Rule 14 of the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007, the Board of Discipline has held CA. Ranjit Kumar Yadav (M. No. 525751), B-239 2nd Floor, West Vinod Nagar, Narwana Road, DELHI 110092, guilty of 'Other Misconduct' falling within the meaning of Item (2) of Part IV of the First Schedule to the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and consequently after affording an opportunity of being heard in terms of Rule 15(1) of the aforesaid Rules ordered for removal of the name of CA. Ranjit Kumar Yadav (M. No. 525751) from the Register of Members for a period of 03 (Three) months and also imposed a fine of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only). In pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the Board of Discipline and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, it is hereby notified under Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 that the name of CA. Ranjit Kumar Yadav (M. No. 525751) shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a period of 03(Three) months with effect from 3rd January, 2025.
