सा.का.नि. 11(अ).— स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (i) में सा.का.नि. 10(अ) दिनांक 4 जनवरी, 2025 द्वारा प्रकाशित हुई- उक्तअधिसूचना के पैरा 4 में "औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 (1940 का 23) की धारा 12 और 13 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए" शब्दों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:- "औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 (1940 का 23) की धारा 12 और 33 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए"।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 6th January, 2025
G.S.R. 11(E).—In the draft notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section(i) vide G.S.R. 10(E) dated the 4th January, 2025.
In the said notification in para 4 for the words "in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12 and 13 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940)" the following shall be substituted as, :- "in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12 and 33 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940)".
