S.O. 175(E).—In the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Railway (Metro Railway, Kolkata) Number S.O. 5535(E) dated the 23rd December, 2024 published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 23rd December, 2024, No. 5120, on Page No. 9, Paragraph 3, line 2, in place of "hereby declares its intention to acquire" to be read as "do hereby acquires".
