सं. सेबी/एलएडी-एनआरओ/जीएन/2025/224.—भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड, एएमसी रेपो क्लियररंग लिमिटेड, यूनिट नंबर 503, विंडसर, ऑफ सीएसटी रोड, कलिना, सांताक्रू ज़ पूर्व, मु ंबई – 400098, द्वारा प्रतिभूति संविदा (विनियमन) (स्टॉक एक्सचेंज और समाशोधन निगम) विनियम, 2018 के विनियम 12 के तहत मान्यता का नवीकरण प्रदान करने के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर विचार करते हुए और इस बात से संतुष्ट हो जाने पर कि यह व्यापार के हित में होगा, प्रतिभूति बाजार (सिक्यूरिटीज़ माके ट) के हित में होगा और ऐसा करना लोक हित में भी होगा, एतद्द्वारा, प्रतिभूति संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 8क की उप-धारा (4) के साथ पठित धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उपरोक्त समाशोधन निगम (क्लीयररंग कारपोरेशन) को मान्यता का नवीकरण 17 जनवरी, 2025 को प्रारंभ होने वाली और 16 जनवरी, 2026 को समाप्त होने वाली एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए इस शर्त के अध्यधीन प्रदान करता है कि समाशोधन निगम (क्लियररंग कॉपोरेशन) समय- समय पर नियमानुसार निर्धारित की गयी शतों का या भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड द्वारा निर्धारित की गयी शतों का पालन करेगा:
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] परन्तु यह की समाशोधन निगम उन ऋण प्रतिभूतियों (डैट सिक्यूरिटिज़) में रेपो और रिवर्स रेपो से संबंधित लेनदेन (ट्रांसेक्शन) का समाशोधन (क्लीयररंग) और निपटान (सेटलेमेंट) करने के सिवाय कोई क्रियाकल्प नहीं करेगा,जिनका लेनदेन (डीलिंग) या जिनमे सौदेबाज़ी (ट्रेडिंग) मान्यताप्राप्त स्टॉक एक्सचेंज में की जाती है ।

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 9th January, 2025
No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2025/224.—The Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for grant of renewal of recognition under Regulation 12 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2018, by AMC Repo Clearing Limited, Unit No. 503, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz East, Mumbai – 400098 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade, in the interest of securities market and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 read with sub-section (4) of section 8A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition to the said Clearing Corporation for one year commencing on the 17 th day of January, 2025 and ending on the 16th day of January, 2026, subject to the condition that the Clearing Corporation shall comply with the conditions as may be prescribed by rules or specified by the Securities and Exchange Board of India from time to time:
Provided that the Clearing Corporation shall not undertake any activity except that of clearing and settling of transactions in repo and reverse repo in the debt securities that are dealt with or traded on a recognized stock exchange.
