का.आ. 174(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से, जम्मू और कश्मीर (कें र शासित प्रदेश) राज्य के एनएच-1C (नया एनएच-144) पर कि.मी. 24 से कि.मी. 41 तक की चयनित पहुंच में रिटेनिंग वॉल, बी/दीवारें, छोटे पुल, साइनेज, क्रै श बैरियर और ढलान सुरक्षा प्रदान करने में उन्नयन हेतु उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विर्निर्दष्ट भूमि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सक्षम अधिकारियों के कृ त्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप मेंप्राधिकृ त करती है l 263 GI/2025 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची जम्मू और कश्मीर (कें र शासित प्रदेश) राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-1C (नया एनएच-144) के कि.मी. 24 से कि.मी.

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th January, 2025

S.O. 174(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Providing Retaining Wall, B/Walls, Minor Bridges, Signages, Crash Barriers & Slope Protection in the selected reaches of NH-1C (New NH-144) from Km. 24 to Km. 41 in the State of Jammu & Kashmir (UT).
