का.आ. 151(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, रेलवे (अमेण्डमेंट) अधिनियम, २००८, की धारा 2 के खंड 7 (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ (3) में उल्लेखित उपखंड स्तम्भ (4) में उल्लेखित जिलों के सम्बंध में गुजरात राज्य में विशेष रेल परियोजना के संदर्भ में "गुजरात राज्य में लेवल क्रॉसिंग संख्या 121 और 132 के बदले 2 लेन आरओबी के निर्माण परियोजना के संबंध में" के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन, और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लेखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे अधिकारी के रूप में कृ त्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए सक्षम अधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है I 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] सारणी

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 8th January, 2025
S.O. 151(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act-2008, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers nominated in column (2) of the Table below as "Competent Authority" to perform the function as such authority under the said act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of "in State of Gujarat in connection with 2 lane ROB in lieu of Level crossing no 121 and 132"project in the State of Gujarat relating to Sub- Divisions mentioned in Column (3) Districts mentioned in Column (4) of the said table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
