का.आ. 212(अ).—राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (ए) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार इसके द्वारा सरकार की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है भारत के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय संख्या एस.ओ.346 (ई) दिनांक 14 फ़रवरी 2011, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii), दिनांक 2 फरवरी में, प्रकाशित, 2011 एवं संशोधन राजपत्र संख्या एस.ओ. 2684 (ई) दिनांक 20 अक्टूबर, 2014 और संशोधन राजपत्र संख्या एस.ओ.1330 (ई) दिनांक 19 मई 2015 और संशोधन राजपत्र संख्या एस.ओ.2905 (ई) दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर 2015 अर्थात्:

एस.ओ.2905 (ई) दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर, 2015 में अधिसूचना की प्रस्तावना में, शब्द " विशेष जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, भूमि अधिग्रहण, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, कु ड्डालोर" विशेष जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, भूमि अधिग्रहण, राष्ट्रीय" राजमार्ग, विल्लुपुरम" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा। फु ट नोट: मुख्य अधिसूचना क्रमांक द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी एस.ओ 346 (ई) दिनांक 14 फ़रवरी, 2011, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-2, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii), दिनांक 2 फरवरी में, प्रकाशित, 2011 एवं संशोधन राजपत्र संख्या एस.ओ. 2684 (ई) दिनांक 20 अक्टूबर, 2014 और संशोधन राजपत्र संख्या एस.ओ.1330 (ई) दिनांक 19 मई, 2015 और संशोधन राजपत्र संख्या एस.ओ.2905 (ई) दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर, 2015.

New Delhi, the 13th January, 2025

S.O. 212(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways No. S.O.346 (E) dated the 14th February, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part–II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 14th February, 2011 and Amendment Gazette No.S.O.2684(E) dated the 20th October, 2014 and the Amendment Gazette No.S.O.1330(E) dated the 19th May, 2015 and the Amendment Gazette No.S.O. 2905 (E) dated the 26th October, 2015 namely: In the preamble of notification in S.O.2905 (E) dated the 26th October, 2015, for the words "Special District Revenue officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Cuddalore", the words "Special District Revenue officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Villupuram" shall be substituted.

Foot Note: The principal notification was published vide number S.O.346 (E) dated the 14th February, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part –II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 14th February, 2011, Amendment Gazette No. S.O. 2684 (E) dated the 20th October, 2014, the Amendment Gazette No. S.O. 1330(E) dated the 19th May, 2015 and the Amendment Gazette No. S.O. 2905 (E) dated the 26th October, 2015.
